Join the future of software development as a Project Manager (PM) in our quickly growing company. You should have experience as a Project Manager who has experience in handling multiple projects and accounts. We are looking for an organized individual to oversee projects and take charge of various tasks involved in the implementation of our projects. You will be trusted with scheduling, organizing, record-keeping, note taking and handling information flow from the Solution Architects to our clients. When any important decisions or action items are made during a meeting, the Project Manager will ensure proper and timely follow up from all parties involved. The Project Manager is responsible for breaking down notes from video recordings and dispersing the information as needed and tracking budgets across different projects.  The Project Manager should be able to identify possible escalations in accounts and be assertive in nudging along roadblocks when they occur.


Timezone Availability: Must be available for at least 4 hours Eastern Standard Time Zone alignment.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships with clients and development teams
  • Ability to set project timelines and monitor project deliverables internally and with clients
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
  • Must be comfortable with running meetings and be assertive to ask questions for clarification when needed
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Impressive communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Team-management and leadership skills
  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
  • Attention to details even under pressure
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work from home up to 90%, travel up to 10%
  • Open to learning project management tools and owning the process

  • Familiar with general business process concepts such as purchasing, sales, manufacturing, finance, insurance, etc.
  • Experience working on IT Projects or building SaaS Companies
  • Experience with No Code / Low Code Platforms
  • Experience with ClickUp, Everhour, or other project management tools
