What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with clients, product managers, and designers to understand business needs and translate them into working applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
- Create intuitive user interfaces and responsive frontends using frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, or other server-side technologies.
- Integrate with third-party APIs, enterprise platforms, and internal systems.
- Understand, design, and build scalable databases to support reliable, high-performance applications.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and advocate for best practices in code quality, performance, and security.
- Write clear documentation and participate in code reviews to help elevate the whole team.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience building modern web applications.
- Strong frontend skills with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a major frontend framework (React preferred).
- Backend experience with one or more server-side technologies (Node.js, Express, Python, Java, etc.).
- Build and design scalable RESTful APIs.
- Build and design scalable relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
- Understanding of cloud deployment, CI/CD workflows, and containerization(e.g., Docker).
- Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and the ability to adapt to new tools and challenges quickly
Nice To Have
- Familiarity with data integrations, ETL processes, or iPaaS tools (e.g.,Workato, Celigo).
- Working with integrations and implementations of LLMs and Generative AI.
- Past consulting experience or comfort working directly with clients.
