Nymbl Inc. operates and maintains many public and private websites for general use and customer-specific hosted applications. This privacy statement applies to all information collected, managed and controlled by Nymbl Inc.

While using Nymbl Inc. websites and services, Nymbl Inc. may collect both personal information about you and non-personal information associated with you. We will always endeavor to protect this information, hold it in confidence, and protect it from theft. In general, we utilize both non-personal and personally identifiable information that you provide to us or that we collect in the normal course of business to communicate with you about our service and product offerings and deliver those offerings in an efficient manner. For these purposes, Nymbl Inc. employees, instructors or authorized contractors and third-party agents will have access to some or all of this non-personal and personally identifiable information.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the information you provide or that is associated with you is never shared with anyone other than Nymbl Inc. employees, instructors, or authorized contractors and agents. Nymbl Inc. never trades or sells its student’s personal information except as provided in this policy.

Types of Data Collected

Event or course registration: When you register online for a course or conference, we collect the information you provide us, including your name, contact information, affiliation, the name and location of the event, and attendance information. We use this information to ensure that you are properly registered for the event that you have selected, and to notify you about other courses that may be of interest to you. We also use this information in the course of fulfilling our obligations to provide the course to you, including providing you course materials and contacting you with respect to the course itself. In addition, student evaluation forms, together with the identity of the student completing the evaluation, may be made available to Nymbl Inc. employees responsible for evaluating the quality of the event, including the instructors themselves.

 

Requests for more information: When you contact Nymbl Inc., we collect the information provided, including your name, contact information, affiliation, and the nature of your request. We use this information to provide the appropriate level of services to you and your company and it may be made available to Nymbl Inc. employees responsible for Sales, Support and other customer interactions. Your contact information may be used to keep you informed of our software and services that may be of interest to you.

 

Marketing and communications channels: Nymbl Inc. may use Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, or other social media outlets to market and promote its offerings and services. Any communications you make with Nymbl Inc. using these media may be used by Nymbl Inc. in accordance with this policy.

 

Hosted services: Nymbl Inc. may collect detailed information regarding a user or corporation’s internal processes. This data will be used only in accordance with the scope of work (SoW) established with the customer and will be expunged from Nymbl Inc. systems as stipulated in the terms of the agreement. No customer information or data will be shared with 3rd-parties not related to Nymbl Inc..

Hosted Data

Customer data hosted on Nymbl Inc. services remains the sole confidential property of the customer. Nymbl Inc. will take all reasonable steps to secure and maintain the privacy of customer data and will only permit authorized employees to access customer data as requested by, and permitted by, the customer. Customer data is not shared or co-mingled with the data of other customers.

Vendor, Supplier, and Consultant Access

Nymbl Inc. may occasionally engage the services of trusted 3rd-party consultants and suppliers in order to provide better products and services to customers. All contracted consultants, suppliers and vendors are subject to Nymbl Inc. confidentiality and security policies and operate in compliance with the Nymbl Inc. Privacy Statement.

Legal Access to your Information

Nymbl Inc. may share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals if access to that information is reasonably necessary to:

- Meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.

- Enforce applicable Terms of Service, Terms of Use, or other potential violation of Nymbl Inc. contracts or rules, including investigation of potential violations.

Website Activity

Log Files: We gather certain information automatically from website visitors and store it in log files. We may collect device-specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information including phone number). Nymbl Inc. may associate your device identifiers or phone number with your Nymbl Inc. account. Nymbl Inc. safeguards the security of the data you send us with physical, electronic, administrative and managerial procedures. The Nymbl Inc. website uses TLS encryption on all web pages where personal information is submitted. Information Obtained from Third Parties

Nymbl Inc. does not sell or trade your personal information to outside vendors, customers, partners, or agencies. We may at times receive contact lists from other organizations. We may send mailings such as brochures to these addresses. If you want to remove yourself from the third party’s database, you must contact them directly.

Statement Regarding Privacy Shield and GDPR

Nymbl Inc. complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss – U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States, respectively. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern.
