We are seeking candidates with senior-level experience as a consultant, software engineer, or product manager who can effectively lead multiple teams. Your mission will be to help our clients build world-class systems and applications and successfully take them to market.
This role will function as the Nymbl Implementation Manager for Moveworks projects, leading all phases from discovery through delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong Full Stack background, proven integration experience, and working knowledge of AI-powered solutions. You’ll serve as the primary Solution Architect and Project Manager on complex implementations.
In addition, this resource will also serve as SA for Full Stack or Retool Projects, helping Nymbl explore and integrate AI-enabled capabilities where beneficial.

<span id="rtf-title" style="color:#4334DC;"> — PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES </span>
- Lead discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical and product requirements.
- Break down high-level requirements into technical tasks, guiding development teams through implementation with clarity and structure.
- Serve as the primary Solution Architect and Project Manager, ensuring successful project execution across all phases—from strategy and planning to hands-on delivery.
- Focus on the technical aspects of the project by designing the app’s system architecture, selecting the appropriate technology stack, and creating comprehensive system specifications.
- Work closely with developers to implement architectural design, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Continuously assess and recommend improvements to the technical stack to align with best practices.
- Provide oversight on integration efforts, especially for complex multi-system environments, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow.
- Define the vision of the app, prioritize features, and manage the product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, gather feedback, and base decisions on data to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI-powered features and automation that improve product functionality and efficiency.
- Play a pivotal role in delivering full-stack solutions that meet business objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
<span id="rtf-title" style="color:#4334DC;">— QUALIFICATIONS</span>
- 5 to 7 years of consulting, business process, or software development experience
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Implementation Manager, or Integration Lead
- Strong Full Stack development background and integration experience
- Experience working on IT Projects or building SaaS companies
- Must be familiar with general business process concepts such as purchasing, sales, manufacturing, finance, insurance, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work from home up to 90%, travel up to 10%
- Bachelor’s degree or minor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Decision Information Science, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, make decisions confidently, and deliver on complex client engagements
- Project Management: Experienced in end-to-end project planning and execution
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand and translate complex problems into practical solutions
- Client Focus: A track record of managing client relationships effectively and delivering business value
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of full stack technologies, architecture design, and modern development tools
- Experience with or exposure to AI technologies such as natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, or AI-based automation tools
- Communication: Capable of bridging business and technical language to ensure clarity across all stakeholders
- Data Security Awareness: Demonstrated understanding of security best practices and compliance standards

- Previous leadership role in an IT-focused consulting services company
- Familiarity with development languages and frameworks such as C#, JavaScript, React, React Native, Angular, Swift, PHP, etc.
- Experience with Moveworks, Full Stack, Retool, or similar integration-heavy platforms
- Understanding of how AI tools can be leveraged in custom software solutions (e.g., AI-enhanced search, workflow automation, sentiment analysis, etc.)
- Strong understanding of data systems and REST APIs
- Certified in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Strong understanding of UX concepts related to enterprise applications
- Passion for continuous learning, especially around emerging AI trends and capabilities
- High attention to detail and a track record of driving innovation using modern technologies
