As we expand our partnership with Moveworks and deepen our ServiceNow integration capabilities, we are hiring a ServiceNow-focused Solution Architect / Product Manager to help lead complex implementations and bring world-class automation to our clients.

ABOUT YOU

Join Nymbl as a Senior Solution Architect / Product Manager and help lead the next generation of software development.

This hybrid role blends technical architecture, product strategy, and project leadership. You will guide clients through discovery, design, and implementation while working hands-on with developers to deliver scalable, intuitive, and high-impact applications.

You should thrive in fast-paced environments, be comfortable owning both technical and product outcomes, and excel at turning ambiguity into structure, decisions, and forward momentum.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

ServiceNow Architecture & Technical Leadership

  • Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions including:
    • Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Request, Service Catalog
    • Custom applications, UI Policies, UI Actions, BRs, Script Includes, ACLs, Client Scripts
  • Design and configure ServiceNow Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Dynamic/Approval workflows, and Portal experiences (UI Pages, UI Macros, Dynamic Blocks, Bootstrap).
  • Lead technical configuration including:
    • Business Rules, ServiceNow Glide scripting, Data Dictionary, Validation Scripts
    • Scheduled Jobs, Script Actions, Events, Notifications
    • SOAP & REST API integrations
    • LDAP/SSO integration, MID-Server setup, Discovery/Asset Management

  • Oversee development execution, review script logic, ensure performance/security, and unblock developers.
  • Lead CMDB architecture, bulk data imports, transform maps, and data governance best practices.

Product Strategy & Delivery Ownership

  • Run client discovery workshops, define product vision, and translate requirements into structured user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create and maintain clear roadmaps aligned to client strategic goals.
  • Manage iterative delivery: sprint planning, backlog prioritization, feature refinement.
  • Analyze feedback & usage to guide enhancement cycles.

Client Partnership & Consulting Leadership

  • Serve as the primary technical + product advisor to enterprise clients.
  • Lead demos, solution walkthroughs, design reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
  • Proactively manage risks, communicate impacts, and drive clarity across all phases.
  • Support Sales with scoping, estimations, PoCs, and architectural consultation.

Integration Expertise (Moveworks + ServiceNow)

  • Translate business automation needs into joint Moveworks ↔ ServiceNow workflows.
  • Define integration requirements, data flows, and API interactions.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities within broader AI-automation ecosystems.

Internal Collaboration & Process Excellence

  • Document architecture decisions, best practices, SOPs, and reusable patterns.
  • Mentor developers, PMs, and junior architects.
  • Improve delivery processes, QA workflows, and internal tooling to scale the practice.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience (administrator, developer, or architect).
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Experience designing and developing:
    • Workflows, Catalog Items, UI Policies, Client Scripts, BRs, ACLs
    • Integrations (REST/SOAP), Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end IT/SaaS implementations from discovery → go-live.
  • Strong ability to translate complex requirements into structured technical solutions.
  • Experience with database concepts, data modeling, CMDB, and Asset/CI lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Service Portal development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a remote-first environment.
  • Proficiency with scripting languages (JavaScript mandatory; additional languages a plus).


PREFERRED SKILLS

  • ITIL certification or formal training.
  • Experience with Moveworks or other automation/AI platforms.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, and integration frameworks.
  • Strong systems thinking—able to troubleshoot across workflows, integrations, and data flows.
  • Consulting experience with client-facing leadership.
    Ability to mentor junior team members and support practice growth.
