WHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)
Client Leadership & Communication
- Serve as the primary client-facing leader, ensuring clear expectations, proactive communication, and structured alignment.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clinicians, business owners, and technical teams.
- Lead client meetings, sprint reviews, demos, and roadmap discussions with confidence and authority.
Project Delivery & Execution
- Manage full lifecycle delivery of healthcare software initiatives — from discovery through deployment.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, QA coordination, release management, and post-launch support.
- Ensure delivery meets regulatory, clinical workflow, and operational requirements.
Product & Technical Collaboration
- Partner closely with Solution Architects and engineers to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with healthcare standards.
- Lead requirements gathering, workflow mapping, documentation, and user story creation.
Identify risks early and recommend improvements or corrective actions.
Healthcare & Compliance Insight
- Apply healthcare expertise to guide clients through digital transformation and best practices.
- Maintain awareness of HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and interoperability guidelines — ensuring compliance is preserved through every stage of delivery.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Experience in healthcare consulting, digital health, EMR/EHR, practice operations, or payer/provider workflow.
- Background as a software engineer, implementation consultant, technical PM, or product manager.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, integration engines, HL7, and/or Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
- Comfort working through technical dependencies with engineering teams.
Understanding of UX fundamentals and how design influences clinical usability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years in project management, healthcare technology, software development, or consulting.
- Proven success leading large-scale IT or SaaS implementations in healthcare settings.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, data structures, and integration patterns.
- Exceptional communication and prioritization skills, especially in client-facing environments.
- Experience operating in Agile environments with modern delivery lifecycles.
- Ability to drive difficult conversations with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.
