About Us
At Nymbl, we redefine application development—combining expertise and innovation to build next-generation solutions using AI, full stack, and low-code/no-code technologies. Our learn, build, grow model ensures long-term success for our clients while creating space for our people to thrive.
We are looking for an Integration Architect to join our growing team. This role is at the intersection of architecture, data engineering, and client consulting, driving the technical vision for seamless system integrations across enterprise engagements. You’ll transform client data requirements into scalable, high-performing, and secure ETL processes that power mission-critical applications.
What You’ll Do
As an Integration Architect at Nymbl, you will:
- Lead integration strategy from kickoff through go-live, engaging technical and business stakeholders to align plans with operational goals.
- Translate business logic into clear data flows, integration diagrams, and documentation understood by developers, QA, and client teams.
- Design and maintain high- and low-level artifacts, including mapping sheets, architecture diagrams, and message schemas.
- Review and validate field-level transformations, business logic, and data validations.
- Support development teams in building ETL workflows or API integrations, ensuring clean and maintainable integration layers.
- Participate in reviews including design sessions, code walkthroughs, and QA validation cycles.
- Recommend scalable data models and integration patterns to future-proof client systems.
- Maintain traceability between requirements, business rules, and final solutions.
Contribute to playbooks and integration asset libraries, leveling up Nymbl’s technical standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in system integration design and ownership of end-to-end integration projects.
- Strong understanding of ETL workflows, data pipelines, and API integrations.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort working independently while collaborating across solution architects, developers, QA, and client success.
- Experience with data modeling, performance optimization, and validation frameworks.
A consultative mindset—focused on building trust with clients and internal teams.
How We Measure Success
- Source-to-Target Mapping Accuracy ≥ 98% – minimizes rework and downstream errors.
- ETL Rework Rate ≤ 5% – reflects clarity and completeness of design artifacts.
- Integration Uptime ≥ 99.5% post-go-live – ensures reliability and readiness.
On-Time Delivery ≥ 95% of milestones – maintains project momentum and client trust.
Within 6–12 months, success means you:
- Deliver integration plans with precision and minimal revisions.
- Build reliable ETL and API pipelines that require limited support overhead.
- Earn client trust as a true technical partner.
- Provide deliverables relied upon by architects and developers for smooth implementation.
Contribute reusable templates, QA checklists, or API specs that raise the bar across the team.
Common Challenges You’ll Solve
- Tackling incomplete or outdated source schemas by validating early with clients.
- Resolving misaligned sync expectations through structured documentation.
- Managing mid-project business logic changes by tracking and communicating proactively.
- Handling performance issues in high-volume ETL jobs through batching, indexing, or async patterns.
