Join Nymbl as a Senior Solution Architect / Product Manager and help lead the next generation of software development.
This hybrid role blends technical architecture, product strategy, and project leadership. You will guide clients through discovery, design, and implementation while working hands-on with developers to deliver scalable, intuitive, and high-impact applications.

Technical Architecture & Delivery Leadership
- Design application architectures, integration patterns, data models, and system workflows.
- Create clear, actionable technical specs for developers and ensure solution quality.
- Oversee development execution, ensuring scalability, security, maintainability, and performance.
- Conduct technical reviews, unblock developers, and drive continuous improvement.
Product Strategy & Roadmapping
- Define product vision, milestones, and feature prioritization aligned with client business goals.
- Convert business requirements into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, user interviews, and cross-functional alignment sessions.
- Analyze user feedback and data to drive iterative improvements and refine functionality.
- Maintain clear roadmaps, ensuring expectations and timelines remain transparent to all stakeholders.
Client Engagement & Leadership
- Act as the primary technical and product thought partner for clients.
- Lead demos, requirements sessions, and strategic planning conversations.
- Proactively manage risks, surface blockers early, and recommend solutions.
- Assist Sales during pre-sales with scoping, proof-of-concepts, and architectural direction.
- Provide strong stakeholder management and expectation setting through the entire lifecycle.
Technology Expertise & Enablement
- Become an expert in one or more technical platforms.
- Guide clients on technical use cases, adoption strategy, and best practices.
- Coach and mentor internal team members, enabling future technical leaders.
Internal Collaboration & Process Excellence
- Identify opportunities to streamline delivery processes or internal tooling.
- Document system logic, architecture decisions, and standard operating procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across Nymbl’s Delivery and Client Success teams.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years in consulting, software development, product management, or solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of business processes (finance, operations, manufacturing, sales, etc.).
- Experience leading IT or SaaS implementation projects from discovery → delivery → launch.
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured technical solutions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience writing detailed requirements, user stories, and system specifications.
- Proficiency in at least one development stack (e.g., JavaScript, SQL, C#, React) and/or Non-Code & Minimal-Code Solutions platforms with the ability to learn quickly.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and modern application design principles.
- Solid understanding of UX concepts and user-centered design.
- Comfort in remote-first environments; ability to self-manage effectively.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Prior leadership experience in a consulting or professional services organization.
- Experience delivering products using Full Stack Development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, modern cloud services, and integration frameworks.
- Agile certification or similar experience with iterative development.
- Strong systems thinking, with ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and data flows.
- Ability to mentor junior developers, PMs, or architects.
- Continuous learner with an interest in emerging tools, AI, and automation.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
