Plaid Pantry, a long-standing convenience store chain in the Pacific Northwest, sought to modernize its mobile app to improve user engagement and better support its digital marketing efforts. Facing challenges such as an outdated user interface, limited personalization, and ineffective age verification, the company needed a flexible, future-ready platform.

Nymbl partnered with Plaid Pantry to completely redesign the mobile app using FlutterFlow, delivering a modern and intuitive user experience. A custom Retool admin interface was also developed to enable real-time content management and engagement tracking. Additionally, integrations with LexisNexis and Altria were implemented to support secure age verification and enable targeted marketing.

The result was a fully revamped, scalable platform that improved usability, boosted engagement, and streamlined backend operations—positioning Plaid Pantry for long-term digital growth and deeper customer loyalty.
