Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic Head of People Operations to lead Nymbl’s people strategy and champion a world-class employee experience. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment and wants to shape the future of our culture, processes, and talent development.

You will oversee all aspects of People Ops, including HR, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, DEI initiatives, and compliance. You’ll be the steward of Nymbl’s culture, ensuring every Nymbling feels valued, supported, and set up for success.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead People Strategy: Define and execute a People Ops roadmap that supports Nymbl’s growth and aligns with our values.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment strategy, partnering with hiring managers and working directly with the Resource Management team to attract top talent that fits our culture and technical needs.
  • Onboarding & Development: Build exceptional onboarding experiences and drive learning & development programs to grow skills and careers.
  • Culture & Engagement: Champion initiatives that foster belonging, collaboration, and retention, ensuring Nymbl remains a place where people thrive.
  • Performance & Feedback: Implement fair, transparent performance management and feedback processes that drive growth and accountability.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Evaluate and enhance competitive pay, perks, and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
  • KPI & Initiative Setting: Establish quarterly KPIs and initiatives for the People Ops team to ensure alignment with company goals and continuous improvement.
  • HR Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to deliver exceptional support and service across the organization.
  • Compliance & HR Operations: Ensure legal compliance and best practices in HR policies, data management, and employee relations.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years in People Ops, HR, or related leadership roles, ideally in a high-growth tech or consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of designing and scaling people programs in distributed teams.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—you inspire trust across all levels.
  • A strategic mindset paired with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
